We are excited to announce new features coming to Routemap Jira Cloud version 1.5.11-AC 🚀

New features

Brand new Sprint Kanban board

In this 1.5.11-AC version, Routemap will have a new feature tailor-made for Scrum teams to manage their backlog with Sprint Kanban. Agile teams can now use this feature to make sprint planning more seamless.

Besides, any new sprints or backlog issues (or items) created on Routemap’s Sprint Kanban board will also be updated in your Jira backlog.

Inline editing in the Releases Kanban board

Users can now freely edit issue summary, issue type, status, and priority levels within the Releases Kanban feature. No issue keys or box dialog is needed.

Search box for Releases Kanban

We also added a search box in the Releases Kanban board to help you find a specific issue much easier.

Showing parent (Epic issues) in Kanban items

You can now show Epic issues as a parent in every Kanban item for a streamlined experience.

Improvements

We also brought some improvements to Routemap in this new release:

• Show skeleton when adding new items to the Kanban board

• Improved the kanban UI

• Added a right menu for lanes

Bug fixes

Finally, we fixed some bugs reported by you, our users, or our internal team to provide a better experience with Routemap for Jira.

• Fixed the issue Return 500 when executing the release function in the Release Kanban board

• Fixed security bugs (Update app data by using API).

• Fixed Error 500 when the user tries to move items to other columns in the Release Kanban board when releasing the version

• Fixed the issue that filters wrong roadmaps in the Shared with me tab.

• Fixed a bug of Unable to load issues in issuesBox when planning new issues in the priority table
