We're excited to announce the latest updates to TeamPlus in Confluence. This release brings huge changes in our UI/UX to enhance your productivity and user experience.

New Features

  • Create Polls in CompanyFeed: You can now create polls directly within the CompanyFeed, making it easier to gather team input without leaving your main feed.

  • Poll Search: We've added a handy search function so you can quickly find polls by their titles.

  • View Your Vote: Simply click the “Show My Vote” button to see your choice.

  • Poll Preview: While creating or editing a poll, a preview pane will show you exactly how it will look, giving you confidence before publishing.

  • Poll Pagination:

    • Enjoy a seamless scrolling experience with our new scroll-down mechanism.

    • Improved performance means more polls load as you scroll.

    • The enhanced UI makes it easy to distinguish the selected poll from others.

UI/UX Improvements

  • Poll Interface Enhancements:

    • We've updated the interface for each poll to make it more user-friendly.

    • Default poll options now include two choices. Press enter to add more options easily.

  • CompanyFeed Updates:

    • The CompanyFeed interface has been revamped for a cleaner and more intuitive experience.

    • Create new polls directly within the CompanyFeed without navigating back to the poll list.

  • Score Poll Enhancement:

    • We've introduced a new slider for score polls, allowing you to adjust scores more precisely.

  • Detailed Time Poll:

    • Time polls now display more specific details.

    • Click on each time option to view individual user responses for better insights.

  • Improved Notifications:

    • Notifications are now clickable, taking you directly to the mention without needing to click precisely on the link.

  • Poll Expiry:

    • Adding options is disabled once a poll expires, ensuring consistent poll results.

  • Mentions and Praise Descriptions:

    • We've clarified the descriptions for mentioning others and praising users, making these features easier to understand and use.
