Creating Workboards and Folders in Work Zone

Work Zone is your ultimate workspace for organizing and managing your workboards and tasks efficiently. This tool empowers you to create, edit, and delete boards and folders, helping you streamline your workload and maintain organization.

Creating Boards and Folders

Create a Board

  1. On Work Zone, click on the three-dot icon, and select Create > Worboard

    • Enter a name for your board and optionally provide a description. Remember to select a folder you want to store your workboard. It will be in the root of the work zone in case you don’t select any parent folder.

    • Select work item status: Choose the statuses that work items on this board can have, which helps in tracking progress.

    • As an owner of the board, the user can decide who will be a collaborator with role member or admin.

      • Member: Members can view, edit, and create work items on the board.

      • Admin: Admins have all the permissions of a member, plus the ability to edit board settings.


Create a Folder

  1. On Work Zone, click on the three-dot icon, and select Create > Folder

    • Enter a name for your folder: Provide a name for your folder.

    • Click "Save" to confirm. Your new folder will now be visible in Work Zone.
