Schedule view settings

The Schedule view settings allow users to customize how information is displayed on the Schedule Board. Users can control the visibility of completed tasks, non-working days, overdue work items, resource information, and work item details to create a planning view that best fits their needs.

To open Schedule view settings:

  1. Go to the Schedule board.

  2. Click the View settings icon CleanShot 2026-07-17 at 16.23.18@2x-20260717-092350.jpg on the top-right corner to open the panel.

  3. Configure the available options under Board view, Resource view, and Card view.

How it works

Show completed tasks

  • When enabled, completed work items with status done or Resolved are displayed on the Schedule Board.

  • When disabled, completed work items are hidden from the board.

Mark non-working days

  • When enabled, planned tasks on non-working days such as weekends or holidays are highlighted with diagonal stripes.

  • When disabled, task cards are displayed without diagonal stripes.

Show work item overdue

When enabled, overdue tasks that are not completed are marked with a warning indicator warning , making it easy to identify delays and take corrective action.

Show weekend days

When enabled, weekends are displayed on the timeline as diagonal striped columns.

Show members' positions

When enabled, members' positions are displayed below their names in the resource list.

Show members' skills

When enabled, members' skills are displayed below their names in the resource list.

Show member utilization

When enabled, the selected timeframe is highlighted, and each member’s scheduled hours are displayed next to their name in the format Scheduled hours / Available capacity (for example, 48h / 40h).

Show work item key


When enabled, the Jira work item key is displayed on task cards. When disabled, the work item key is hidden.

Show work item summary


When enabled, the work item summary is displayed on task cards. When disabled, the summary is hidden.

Show work type icon

When enabled, the work item priority icon is displayed on task cards. When disabled, the priority icon is hidden.

Show work item priority icon

When enabled, the Jira work item type icon is displayed on task cards. When disabled, the work type icon is hidden.

Show work item status

When enabled, the current work item status is displayed on task cards. When disabled, the status is hidden.

Show detailed tooltip

When enabled, detailed work item information is displayed when hovering over a task card.
