Changing the time tracking provider

You can use Teamboard as your time tracking provider in Jira Cloud. By switching to Teamboard, your time logs will sync seamlessly between Teamboard and Jira, ensuring consistent and accurate tracking of time across both platforms.

This integration eliminates the limitations of Jira's work log API, providing a more efficient and reliable time tracking solution.

To change your time tracking provider: 

1. Navigate to ⚙️ settings from the top right screen > Work items.

2. In the sidebar, select Time tracking under Work items features.

3. Choose Teamboard time tracking from the time tracking provider dropdown. 

Once done, you will be able to use Teamboard's Timelog within Jira, ensuring both platforms stay synchronized.
