Fields Data

Field data are the data created by admins such as Departments, Positions, Skills, and Currencies. They are used throughout the whole app.

How to access and manage Fields Data:

1. Login to TeamBoard TimePlanner app

2. Navigate to the Settings tab

3. Click on Fields data

4. Select any of the following options:

Departments

Organizational units that categorize employees based on functional areas (e.g., HR, IT, Sales).

Positions

Positions define the roles or titles of employees within departments.

Skills

Skills help identify specific expertise associated with employees.

Currencies

Currencies are used throughout TimePlanner for financial transactions.
