Go to the Admin settings by clicking the Go to admin settings option on the settings menu.

General Settings
Enable/Disable the AI features
This setting will turn on/off all AI-powered features like Goals, Steps, and Stories generation. Only Jira admin can perform this action.
Go to the Apps menu on Jira’s top navigation bar
Select ProductGo app
Switch to Settings tab
The Jira admin can Enable/Disable the AI Generator feature for the instance
