Can I switch between editions later?
Yes, you can easily upgrade from the Standard edition to the Advanced edition at any time through your Atlassian Admin Hub. Downgrading is also possible, but we recommend reviewing the feature dependencies before making the change to ensure a smooth transition.

What are App editions, and how do they differ?

What’s included in the Advanced edition of ProductGo?
The Advanced edition of ProductGo includes all the features of the Standard edition, such as User Story Maps, Personas, Portfolio Board, and Roadmaps.
In addition, the Advanced Edition offers Custom Kanban, which allows teams to fully customize their Kanban board, including custom columns, swimlanes, and card layouts to fit their specific workflow needs.
What happens if I delete a board?
If you delete a board, no permanent data is lost because the board is based on your project field details. Any updates made to the board will automatically reflect in your project.
The only thing you lose are the Saved views from the search and filter settings, which are specific to your board's view configuration.
