Personas

The next icon with the search is the “Personas” icon.

Personas are fictional characters, that are created based upon your research in order to represent the different user types that might use service, product, site, or brand similarly. Creating personas will help to understand users’ needs, experiences, behaviors, and goals. It can help you to recognize that different people have different needs and expectations, and it can also help you to identify with the user you’re designing for.

Personas are displayed in the list and a new persona can be created by clicking on the “+” button above the list of personas.

The Personas are of two types. One is “Project-based” & the other one is “Global personas”.
