1.6. Export Assets

The export function in AssetIT allows users to extract asset data and export it into a file format, typically for reporting, analysis, or backup purposes.

Note:

When exporting the asset list, AssetIT will only export the columns that are currently visible in your Asset List view.

If you want certain data included in the export, make sure those columns are enabled before exporting.

How to Export Assets

  • In the Toolbar, look for the image-20250324-111049.png button. Use this export button to download the asset data as a PDF or CSV file.

  • Bulk Export is also available by selecting multiple assets at once, then choosing the Export button.
