For Jira Business and Jira Software Project:
The available panels include:
ASSET BOOKING PANEL: Allows users to request assets directly from AssetIT within Jira issues. (Refer to the Asset Booking guide)
LINKED ASSETS PANEL: Enables linking of any resources from AssetIT to Jira issues for quick reference and management.
RESOURCES EMBEDDED PANEL: Displays detailed information on all resources assigned to a selected user (default is the Issue Reporter) within a Jira issue.
For Jira Service Projects:
The available panels include:
The LINKED ASSETS PANEL in Jira Service Projects lets you link relevant resources from AssetIT to each service request, enabling asset visibility in the JSM Customer Portal.
TheASSET BOOKING PANEL: Allows users to request assets directly from AssetIT within the JSM Customer Portal.
Note: The Asset Booking panel in the JSM portal is only visible for Atlassian users.
