External Asset Platform Shutdown by Atlassian: What You Need to Know and Our Next Steps

Atlassian has announced that the External Asset Platform will be officially shut down on December 31, 2024. This means the ‘External Asset Platform’ custom field will cease to work after this date. For more details, please refer to Atlassian's official announcement here.

Update on November 2024: We’ve officially rolled out the Linked Assets panel, a fresh approach that replaces Atlassian’s External Asset Platform field.
