Custom Retrospective Templates

App admin can create custom retrospective templates to have a more personalized approach to their retrospective session. Go to Apps → AgileBox → App Settings → Custom Retrospective Templates

In this screen, you will see all custom templates created in your Jira instance.

To create a new template, click on the Add a new template button.

Fill in the required fields to create a template:

  • Template title

  • Description

  • Topics (maximum 10 topics)

To use the template in your retrospective meetings, go to the Retrospectives feature, then go to Add Meeting → Choose Template → Custom Templates.
