How do I add a field to display the issue when I start a poker session?

Step 1: Navigate to the top navigation bar and select Apps. Then, click on AgileBox.

Step 2: Go to App Settings and select Fields Display.

Here, you can choose the fields you want to display during a poker session.

 Can I estimate tickets that are marked as Done? 

No, The poker session will not display issues that are marked as Done.

What if I don't see the issue I want?

It could be that the issues don’t have estimation fields. To display them, check the "Show all" box.

How to invite friends to a retro meeting or planning poker?

Just copy the game link on the browser URL or use the Copy Game/Meeting link in the app.

Can I skip the step of grouping reflections?

Yes, you can click on the Skip button in the Grouping phase.

Skip the grouping stage

When you choose skip the grouping stage, there are 2 options:

  • Discard & Skip:  Remove all created groups and group all reflections by their respective topics.

  • Keep & Skip: Retain the currently created groups and group all remaining reflections by their respective topics.

What is the difference between a dynamic and a fixed moderator in a retrospective meeting?

In a retrospective meeting, the role of the moderator is crucial for guiding the discussion, ensuring that the meeting stays on track, and helping the team reflect on the sprint. 

With the Fixed Moderator option, the meeting creator selects one person to act as the facilitator for the entire meeting, and this choice is locked once the meeting is created.

In contrast, the Dynamic Moderator option allows the facilitator to switch the meeting moderator during the meeting.

Note: Neither option can be changed after the meeting has been initiated.

How do I manage my billing?

Jira admin can manage billing here. Each admin user on the account has access to purchase history, invoices, the ability to update payment details, change the plan, and more. 

Do you offer a free trial or demo within the app?

Where is Data stored?

The Data in Planning poker, Retrospective Meeting and Daily Standup, and App settings are securely stored on Google Cloud. DevSamurai adheres to SOC 2 Type II compliance

What happens to my data if I uninstall the AgileBox app?

If you uninstall the AgileBox app, your data will generally remain safe in the database. Uninstalling the app does not typically remove your data.
