Schedule view navigation

The Schedule & Calendar boards provide the Today Button and Date Picker to help users quickly navigate their schedule, manage tasks, and stay organized across different timeframes.

View modes

The boards offer three distinct view modes to fit different planning needs. Use the timeframe selector in the bottom-right corner to switch between them.

View Mode	Description
Day View Provides a focused view of tasks, events, and time-off days scheduled for three consecutive days. → It is ideal for short-term planning and daily reviews.
Week View Shows a seven-day range to monitor short-term schedules and activities. → Ideal for managing team schedules over the next 7 days and coordinating short-term tasks.
Month View Displays all tasks and events in a grid format, organized by a specific month. → Best for strategic planning and long-term forecasting.

Today Button

The Today Button allows users to quickly return to the current day, week, or month depending on the selected view.

Date Picker

The Date Picker lets users jump directly to a specific date without scrolling through the board.

How it works:

1. Click the small down arrow next to the Today button.

2. A mini calendar appears with the current month displayed and the selected date highlighted.

3. Click any date to instantly move the board to that day’s schedule.
