Editing & Deleting Reports

Only the report owner can edit or delete their own reports.
Users with shared access can view the report, but they cannot modify or delete it.
Follow the steps below to learn how to modify an existing report or delete reports you no longer need.
Editing Reports
1. Accessing your Saved Reports
Go to the Reports tab from the sidebar.
Use the search bar or filters (Owner, Type) to find the report you want to edit → Click on the report name → This will open the report in detail.

2. Editing the Report Name
Option 1:
Locate the Report name field at the top → Click on the
button
Enter the new name in the text field → Confirm the update.

Option 2:
Navigate to the three-dot menu → Select the ‘Edit name & access’ option

A dialog box will open where you can edit the Report name and add a description (optional) → Click on the ‘Update’ button to save your changes.

3. Updating the Report Filters
On the Report details page, you are able to adjust any of the following filters:
Projects
Members or Teams
Time Range (choose between Dynamic or Fixed range)
Dynamic Range: Select a relative date range (e.g., This week, Last 30 days). The time range updates automatically based on the current date.
Fixed Range: Select a custom date range. The start date and end date will be fixed.
Once you've updated the filters, click Update to refresh the report with the new data.

4. Updating the Report Access
Navigate to the three-dot menu → Select the ‘Edit name & access’ option

A dialog box will open where you can change visibility:
Toggle Private ON to restrict visibility to selected members.
Toggle Private OFF to make the report visible to all users.
If the report is private, update the Share with list to add or remove viewers.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Deleting Reports
On the Reports section, locate the report you wish to delete.
In the Action column, click the
icon
A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to delete the report. → Confirm the deletion.
Note: Deleting a report is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
