Report Overview
1. Report Filters
There are options to filter the report:
Project: Choose one or many projects to view related data.
Team / Members:
Team: Select one or more teams to filter the report.
Members: Choose specific team members to narrow down the data.
Date Range Picker:
Dynamic Range: Select a relative date range (e.g., This week, Last 30 days). The report updates automatically as time progresses.
Fixed Range: Select a custom date range. The start date and end date will be fixed.

2. Report View
TeamBoard TimePlanner supports 2 options to view the Report: Flat view & Hierarchy view
2.1 Flat View:
Flat view report is only supported in the General Report.
Flat view provides you with detailed statistics reports for Members, Projects, Tasks, or Time Off
Members:
Display reports for specific team members based on their capacity hours, scheduled time, logged time, and overtime/undertime insights.

Projects & Tasks
Show reports for each project/task, detailing the total time scheduled, time logged, and the variance between scheduled and logged hours.

Time off:
Capture and track the time off / leaves of team members within a specified time range.

2.2 Hierarchy View:
The hierarchy view report is available in all report types.
This view allows you to gain deeper insights into all scheduled and logged time by customizing your report structure with the feature Group By Jira and TeamBoard fields.

In the GENERAL REPORT, the hierarchy view displays time spent by default. To view scheduled hours, simply enable the "Scheduled Time" option. This allows you to compare logged time against scheduled time for better insight.

3. Export Report
To export the report, simply click on the icon to export it into an Excel file.
