Resource Rate

Resource rate is the rate applied for a single resource

App admin or Billing admin can view and update the Resource Rate

Find the member to view all the rates, admin can add new rate, edit or remove the existing rates

Add a new rate

• Choose the start and end date the rate takes effective, this time range can’t be overlapped if resource has multiple rates

• Check “User system rate unit” to choose from the existing rate units, uncheck to enter custom rate

Please note:

• Users can only add new rates from current time onwards

• If the resource rate of a certain period of time expires or pasts the end date of the period, the user cannot edit that resource rate
