The "Resources" feature in TimePlanner provides a comprehensive overview of all available resources. It's a powerful tool for managers to effectively monitor, allocate, and optimize team capacity—ensuring the right people are on the right tasks at the right time.
TimePlanner system supports managing two types of resources:
Jira Users: The system gathers information about all active Jira users within your instance and displays them in one centralized page, making it easy to track and manage these resources.
Generic Resources: These are non-Jira users that can be created and managed within TeamBoard system to represent virtual resources or physic assets.
