Structuring Report

Elevate your reporting experience by transforming complex scheduled and logged time data into a clear, detailed, and logically structured format with the Group By feature. By leveraging Jira and TeamBoard fields, this tool enables you to organize your data into meaningful, hierarchical sections tailored to your report objectives.

How to use the Group By feature?

Step 1: Create a new report.

Go to the Report from the left-side menu and choose one report type. Learn more about how to create a new report here.

 

Step 2: Click on the Group By button

Step 3: Apply the Group By
Restructure the report by organizing data into hierarchical sections based on the chosen field.

TEAMBOARD FIELDS

Here is the list of supported fields:

  • Department

  • Member

  • Role

  • Project

  • Task

JIRA FIELDS

Here is the list of supported fields:

  • Assignee

  • Components

  • Fix Versions

  • Issue Key

  • Labels

  • Priority

  • Project Category

  • Reporter

  • Status

You can choose both Jira Fields and TeamBoard Fields at the same time

Step 4: Viewing the new report structure

(1) Hierarchy Order
The structure of your report will follow the order of the hierarchy levels you have defined.

(2) Data Organization
Your data will be organized based on the selected fields and the specified hierarchy order, providing a clear and structured view of the report.
