The table contains these columns as follows:
Test Execution: Issue key of the created or updated Test execution.
Source: Import method (Manual/Automatic).
Framework: Testing framework used (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).
Status: Test execution status (e.g., Success, Fail, In Progress).
Milestone: Associated project milestone.
Creator: User who initiated the import.
Created: Date and time of import initiation (DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm).
Completed: Date and time of import completion (DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm).
