Test Environments
The test environment is a setup that includes all essential components, such as the System Under Test, allowing for comprehensive testing.
Only Jira Admin can create test environments for the project, learn more here!
Based on your project testing requirements, a test environment can vary from:
Testing stage (e.g. “develop”, “staging”)
Browser (e.g. “Chrome“, “Opera“)
Device Operating System (e.g. “iOS“, “Android“)
Operating System (e.g. “Linux“, “macOS”)
→ Note that a single test case can be tested on multiple different test environments.
