Schedules

Use Schedules to plan work by member or team on a timeline.

• Assign Jira work items to people or teams.

• Add events and time off.

• Check availability and workload.

• Spot overbooked or underused resources.

Gantt chart

Use the Gantt chart to plan and track project timelines with WBS.

• View tasks across a project timeline.

• Search and filter Jira work items.

• Switch between table and timeline views.

• Manage baselines and critical path.

To schedule tasks in the Gantt timeline, map Jira date fields to PlanCore date fields in admin settings.
