No issue in any column (Company-managed project)

Issue

You use a Scrum project (Backlog & Active sprint enabled) in a Company-managed project and you cannot see any issue in any any columns

Planning Poker app has 0 issues

Possible root cause

  • You don’t have Story Points field configured in your Screen

Solution

  • Go to Project Settings → Screen

  • In each Screen setting for your issue type, add Story Points field

  • Go back to Planning Poker app, you should be able to view issues in Backlog now!
