Daily Standup for Teams

Daily Standup for Teams allows you to create dedicated Daily Standup sessions for specific teams.

Create a specific set of questions for each team, be more personalized, and more effective!

NOTE: Only the team creator can create or edit Team Daily Standup settings.

💡 Tips: Every team lead can have a dedicated daily standup session designed for their team members. The overseers can access every team’s daily standup history and manage reports.

Step :1_one_square_red:. Access Daily Standup for Teams feature

To access Daily Standup for Teams feature, you must access AgileBox's Teams feature.

Go to Apps → AgileBox and find AgileBox Teams on the left menu

After accessing Teams, you will be greeted with all the teams that were created prior, in case you have yet to create any teams for your project, this guide here will help you on how to create teams in AgileBox.

Step :2_two_square_red:. Setting up a daily standup session for the team

There are some basic information for team creators to provide:

• Standup name (required)

• Description

• Meeting link (if any)

• Reporting window (unit: days): The maximum number of days that can be reported in advance (Set 0 to disallow). Let’s take the example of reporting window is 3 days with the working days are from Monday to Friday, the participants can update the daily standup for today (Friday) and 3 working days ahead (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).

• Time: the time for participants to update their status daily

• Working days (required): The days to work in a single week

• Enable Team Mood feature: Allow the team to express their current mood Team Mood

Team creators can create/edit/remove the questions for participants to answer in order to report their daily status. There are 3 default questions.

Each question has the following information including:

• Question: content of the question,

• Description: description for more detail of the question, and

• Option for participants to attach the Jira issues to the question.

You can add more questions by clicking the + Add new question button on the right side of the window.

Joining Daily Standup for Teams as Team Members/Participants

Once the Team Daily Standup has been set by the team creator, team members/participants can access Team Daily Standup as Step 1 and be greeted by the interface below.
