Saving a view

You can save different views of your project in Gantt/Timeline to highlight various aspects or scenarios, and easily switch between them when needed.

How to save a view:

Steps	How it works
From your current view: Click in the Gantt toolbar.
Click on Save in the dropdown menu.
A pop-up will appear, enter a Name for your view.
Click Save to apply your changes.

How to switch between views:

1. To switch to a different view, open the View dropdown in the Gantt toolbar.

2. Select any saved view from the My Views section to instantly change to your preferred layout or filter.

How to delete a saved view:

1. To delete a saved view, open the View dropdown in the Gantt toolbar.

2. Select the saved view you want to delete from the "My Views" section.

3. Click the trash icon next to the view name.
