Key Features
User Story Map: Visualize your entire user journey in one place. The user story map helps you organize tasks and ensure every user scenario is covered, making it easier to manage complex projects.
Portfolio Board: The custom portfolio board offers flexible story map creation. Combine multiple projects, create several boards per project, and easily map story map levels to Jira issue types.
Advanced Persona: Create detailed user profiles and attach them to user story map. Understand your users’ behaviors, goals, and pain points, so you can develop products that truly meet their needs.
Roadmap: Plan and track your project's timeline with the roadmap, which gives a clear overview of milestones and goals.
Learn how to create them:
By default, the story map will show the available epics and issues on your project or board
Add goals to the Goal level of story map and put the relevant epics under each goal by drag and drop gesture
Use swimlanes to manage your project/board releases and sprints
Follow these detailed steps to create and manage the user story map: Story Map
To access the Portfolio Boards list go to Apps → ProductGo and find the Portfolios tab under the Story Maps section
You can see a list of existing boards on the page, search and order by title, and updated time.
Click on the Create button to create a new board
Add more details to fill your story map board, you change the theme in the board setting

Choose the persona type between Project, Portfolio, or Global
Decide to start from scratch or pick from our available templates
Edit persona details by adding or removing the components
Customize persona theme by choosing from our prebuilt pallets or create your own

Click the Roadmap button on ProductGo’s top navigation bar to switch to Roadmap view
Manage project progress, plan task, and make edits directly on roadmap
