Accessing ProductGo

There are 3 ways to access the app from your Jira instance

From Apps home page

Click on Apps, and find the ProductGo in the dropdown list

Find your story map from these 3 sections:

  • Portfolios: This section allows users to create and access the Portfolio board feature

  • Projects: Browse and access story maps of all projects in your Jira instance

  • Agile boards: Browse and access story maps of all Agile boards in your Jira instance

From the project menu bar

To open the board, click the ProductGo button in the More options menu on your menu bar.

With the new Jira navigation, you can drag and drop the ProductGo button to your preferred spot on the menu bar for quicker access.

From the Jira Agile board

ProductGo doesn’t just support project-level story maps—it also lets you create and manage story maps directly from your Jira Agile boards (Scrum or Kanban).

To access this, open your Agile board and click the ProductGo option in the board’s “More options” menu, or use the button in the top right corner of the board or backlog.

You can also navigate via Apps → ProductGo → Agile boards to browse and access your board’s story map.
