Navigating the main page

To access the main page of ProductGo, go to Apps → ProductGo

This is where users can browse and access story map boards, portfolio boards, and personas in the current Jira instance.

Key Sections on the ProductGo main page

Story Maps

Explore and manage three types of Story Maps:

Portfolios: This section allows users to create and access the Portfolio board feature
Projects: Browse and access story maps of all projects in your Jira instance
Agile Boards: Browse and access story maps of all Agile boards in your Jira instance

Personas

This is a place where you can manage all personas on your Jira instance, including Global, Project, or Portfolio personas. See more details about the personas feature here.

System settings

This setting is only visible to the admin role.

This includes the configurations to enable/disable:

AI features on the Story Map.
ProductGo Story Map on specific projects.
