Projects

The Projects section in AgileBox lets you browse and access all your Jira projects right from the main page. This way, you can quickly find and manage AgileBox activities within each project without switching contexts.

Accessing the Projects

1. Go to the Projects section on the AgileBox main page.

2. Click on any project to open its AgileBox app and start managing Planning Poker games, Retrospectives, and more.

Users can scroll through the full list of available projects in your Jira instance.

Quick Project Information

Before selecting a project, users can preview essential details:

• Project name: The name of the project for easy identification.

• Project type: Shows whether it’s a Software or Business project.

• Project lead: The person responsible for the project.

• Planning poker games: Number of Planning Poker sessions created for this project.

• Retrospective sessions: Number of Retrospective meetings held within this project.

Searching

To efficiently find the desired project, users can search for its name on the app’s search function.
