Projects

The Projects section in ProductGo allows users to browse and access all available Jira projects directly from the Homepage.

Accessing Projects

  1. Navigate to the Projects section on the ProductGo Homepage.

  2. Click on any project to be redirected to its User Story Map.

In this screen, users can see up to 4 of their recent visit projects, which can help you quickly navigate to the preferred project.

Users also can scroll through the full list of available projects in your Jira instance.


Quick Project Information

Before selecting a project, users can preview essential details:

  • Project Name: Identify the project easily.

  • Project Type: Know the type of project (Team-managed, or Company-managed).

  • Number of Issues: See how many issues are associated with the project.

  • Number of Goals: Track the goals outlined for the project.

  • Number of Personas: View the personas linked to the project.

  • Last Updated Date: Identify the most recent update.

  • Project Lead: Know the project lead.


Filtering and Searching

To locate projects efficiently:

  • Filter Projects: By Name or Updated Time.

  • Search Projects: Use the search function to find projects by their name.
