Use the Customize button in the PlanCore navigation bar to personalize how information appears on your schedule board.
Customization settings are applied per user. They only change how the schedule board is displayed for you and do not affect planning details, scheduled work, events, or other users’ views.
Customize task card fields
In the customization menu, you can choose which task card details are visible on your schedule board. Each field has its own toggle, so users can show or hide the information that is most useful for their planning workflow.

Work item key |
Shows the Jira issue key or work item identifier on the task card. |

Summary |
Displays the work item summary or title. |

Work type |
Shows the type of work item, such as task, story, bug, or other configured issue type. |

Priority |
Displays the priority level of the work item. |

Status |
Shows the current workflow status of the work item. |
Customize event visibility
You can also control whether events are displayed on the schedule board.
