Joining a retrospective meeting

There are 2 ways to join the retrospective meeting

• From the AgileBox app:
  Go to the Retrospective page, find the meeting session in the list, and click Join. You will be taken directly to the meeting screen.

• Access via shareable link:
  On the Retrospective page, click the Share button to copy the meeting link. Use this link to quickly access the meeting screen anytime.

Meeting Screen Overview

After joining, the meeting screen displays important information:

• Meeting name

• Meeting description

• List of participants

• Meeting creator

• Created time

• Meeting facilitator

All members can use the Live chat function in the bottom right corner to communicate during the meetings

👑 Facilitator
The facilitator sees the Start the meeting button and decides when to begin the session.

👥 Participants
Participants will see a message prompting them to wait until the facilitator starts the meeting.

Meeting Progress

Only the facilitator can start the meeting. Once started, all participants move through 4 stages of the retrospective session together.
