Defect Summary Report

A new Defect Summary Report is launched that allows you to get an overview of defects across your projects. This feature centralizes all your defect information throughout your test runs in one report, so you can easily track your defects without having to switch between Test Executions.

Sub-task Mapping for Requirements

You can now map Jira’s Sub-tasks directly as Requirements in AgileTest, expanding your work type options beyond Epic, Story, and Task. This added flexibility allows you to manage and execute your tests with greater ease and control.

Report Save View, and Sharing Permission

Now, you can generate a report, save & share it with your team. You do not need to set up the report again and again whenever you reload or switch between sections. In addition, you can also manage the report for public sharing, which is especially helpful when you need to collaborate externally across functions.

This feature helps ensure that all required AgileTest entities are available in your instance. It also allows you to easily reset your settings if any changes lead to conflicts, ensuring your AgileTest environment stability.

Re-arrange your test cases in the Test Execution section with a simple drag-and-drop. This gives you more control over the sequence of your tests, allowing you to prioritize tests based on your workflow.

Improvements

Bulk Updates for Dashboard Widgets

Dashboard widgets have been enhanced with advanced filters, giving you more options to sort data beyond just time-based filters. Your dashboard is now more insightful, displaying filtered and relevant data directly for quicker, more informed decision-making.

Evidence Naming for JSON Files

Never lose track of your files due to name changes during the importing process. Besides XML, we now also support mapping the exact JSON evidence name. You can change those file names exactly to your preference, so that you can locate them easily in AgileTest.

Milestone Sorting

Switch between planned and actual dates in the Milestone section to get a clearer view of your project’s timeline. Splitting your estimated and actual completion times allows for more effective planning and more accurate progress tracking.

Bug Fixes & Stability Enhancements

We’ve also resolved a few minor bugs and made general performance improvements to ensure that AgileTest runs more smoothly and reliably.

This update is all about helping you move faster, see clearer, and test smarter. Let us know what you think and how we can keep improving your testing experience.
