Release date: October 02, 2026
This release makes moving to AgileTest smoother with expanded Xray attachment migration and more flexible ways to organize, execute, and manage testing.
New Features
1) Xray Attachment Migration
AgileTest now supports migrating Test Case attachments from Xray, helping preserve the evidences and files connected to your testing data during migration.
Attachment migration supports zipped files containing images, large attachments up to 50 GB, making it easier to move more complete testing records into AgileTest without having to manually re-attach supporting files afterward.
2) Test Suites
The new Test Suites feature provides another way to group and organize related Test Cases. Teams can add Test Cases to a suite and execute them directly within the Test Suite, keeping related testing activities together in one place.
For teams migrating from Xray, existing Test Sets can now be migrated into Test Suites in AgileTest while preserving their previous structure, helping you maintain how your tests were originally organized after migration.
3) Report Customization
Report Customization gives teams more control over Test Execution reports. You can customize and download reports containing the results of all executed Test Cases within a Test Execution.
This makes it easier to review completed testing, prepare execution records, and share Test Case results with stakeholders outside the execution screen.
4) Customized Test Run Statuses
You can now create and manage custom Test Run statuses to better reflect your team's testing process.
Instead of relying only on predefined statuses, teams can configure statuses that match their own execution workflow, making test results easier to track and understand across different testing scenarios.
5) Direct Test Execution
This release introduces an optional Direct Test Execution flow from the Requirement screen. You can select Run Test for a Test Case to create a new Jira work item based on the execution type configured in your AgileTest settings.
This provides an additional way to start testing directly from a Requirement while keeping the existing Test Execution flow available. Teams can choose the execution approach that best fits their workflow.
Minor Bug Fixes and UI Improvements
We’ve also resolved several minor issues and made UI improvements to provide a smoother and more reliable AgileTest experience.
This release gives teams more flexibility when migrating, organizing, and executing their tests while keeping important testing data and context connected throughout the process.
