3.5. View License Details

To access the detail page of any resource in AssetIT, simply click on its name. This action will provide you with comprehensive information about the selected resource.

The Details page enables you to access various sections including General, Addition, Used By, Attachments, and History.

General

The General tab contains all editable information about the license, including its details, order information, assigned users, and any custom fields.

This is where you can update or modify the license’s key attributes, such as serial number, purchase data, license status, and other operational information.

Use this tab whenever you need to add, edit, or correct information related to the license.

Addition

The Addition tab provides read-only supplementary information about the license.

This includes:

• Available seats (auto-calculated based on usage)

• Linked Issues

• Created At and Updated At timestamps

You cannot edit information in this tab; it's meant for reference only, giving you a quick overview of activity and additional data tied to the license.

Used By

The Used By tab provides a detailed overview of which users or assets have checked out the license.

Attachments

The Attachment tab allows you to view and upload attachments. Supported formats include doc, docx, pdf, xlsx, txt, xml, zip, rtf, and rar.

History

The History tab logs all actions taken regarding this license.

Show/Hide Fields

You can customize the displayed data fields by clicking on the button and select .

Toggle ON/OFF for fields that you would like to show or hide.
