Personal Date & Time Format Setting

In addition to the global date and time format settings, individual users can also customize their own preferences. No special permissions are required—every user has the ability to adjust their personal date, time, and duration format.

To customize your personal settings:

1. Go to My Profile on the left-hand side bar

2. Navigate to DateTime tab

3. Choose the option Custom formats

4. Use the dropdown menu to configure the following options:

   • Date Format – Select your preferred date format. Here is the list of supported formats:

     • DD/MM/YYYY

     • MM/DD/YYYY

     • YYYY-MM-DD

     • MMM DD, YYYY

   • Time Format – Choose between:

     • 12-hour clock ( 04:52 PM)

     • 24-hour clock (16:52).

   • Duration Format – Select how duration is displayed:

     • Decimal with unit ( 3.25h)

     • Readable time ( 3h 15m)

5. Click on Save settings in the upper right corner.

If you want to use the default date and time format configured by the App admin, you can choose Default Format.
