Only Jira Admins and App Admins can create or update working capacity schemes.

Other members can only view the working capacity.
Editing a capacity scheme
Edit a capacity scheme when you need to update its name, description, weekly working hours, or assigned resources.
To edit a scheme:

Find the capacity scheme you want to update.

In the panel that opens, update the Name, Description, or working hours for each day as needed.

In the Resources section, review the assigned members and teams. You can also add new resources or remove existing assignments.

Deleting a capacity scheme
To delete a scheme:

Find the capacity scheme you want to delete.

Review the confirmation message and select Yes to confirm.
The default capacity scheme cannot be deleted. Deleting a scheme may also affect members or teams currently using it, so review the impact before confirming.
