We’re excited to bring you a major update in AssetIT Version 2.36.0. Here’s a look at what’s new:

1. Improved Reporting Experience

Reports are now reborn with a fresh new look and a better reporting system, including:

• Predefined Report Templates: Quickly generate reports using pre-configured templates for Asset Depreciation, EOL (End-of-Life), and more.

• Custom Report Conditions: Run reports using custom fields, giving you more flexibility and control over the data you see.

• Report Sharing: You can now share reports with specific users instead of just the owner—giving you more control over who sees what.

2. Better Asset Assignment Workflow

• Auto Checkout & Check-In: Admins and authorized users can now enable an option for automatic asset checkout and checkin based on the reservation made. This action will be triggered through the booking form in the Jira Service Portal.

• Asset Maintenance Notifications: Receive alerts if you try to check out an asset under maintenance.

• Easier Multiple Bookings: You can now make consecutive asset bookings with less effort; no need to re-enter asset names or requester names. Plus, you can see available time slots right away.

3. Other Improvements

• Bulk Delete for Suppliers: You can now delete multiple Suppliers in Reference Data at once.

• Display Serial Number in Predefined Kit: Serial numbers now appear alongside asset names in predefined kits for easier identification.

• Quick Data Creation: A "New" shortcut now lets you add reference data quickly while adding new resources.

4. Bug Fixes

• Fixed Crashing Issue: We've fixed a bug that caused the app to crash when accessing AI Integration without permission.
