Improvements

Jira and JSM workflow enhancements

Bring asset actions and booking visibility directly into Jira, JSM projects, and the customer portal so teams can manage assets without leaving their workflow.

Improve data migration, reporting accuracy, and auditability with expanded import, filter, and history options.
