Custody Verification 👩‍💻

  • Huge Update for Custody Verification

    • You now have the option to resend custody requests from the Custody Verification Center, making it more straightforward to follow up on requests.

    • Plus, you can view the history of custody requests, keeping a clear record of actions taken.

Asset Maintenance & Warranty Management 👨‍🏭

  • Mark Assets as Complete After Maintenance
    When maintenance is finished, you can now mark assets as complete, indicating that the assets are back in operation.

  • Export Assets in the Maintenance List
    Also about maintenance, you now have the ability to export the list of assets under maintenance, simplifying the process of sharing or reviewing asset data outside of AssetIT.

  • Check Remaining Warranty Months on Assets
    You can now check how many months of warranty remain on each asset, so it’s easier to stay on top of asset lifecycles and plan for replacements.

Location & Inventory Management 📍

View Consumables and Components in Location Details: The Location Details page now shows which consumables and components are assigned to each location, making it quicker to know exactly what’s in use at each spot.

Enhanced Data Visualization

  • Sort Names Alphabetically in the License Used By Tab
    The "Used By" tab in the License section now supports alphabetical sorting, making it easier to locate the right team or individual associated with a license.

  • Search for Jira Issue and Request Types in Integration Settings
    While setting up integrations with Jira, you can search for specific issue or request types, streamlining the setup process.
