Import/export:
We've expanded the import/export party! Now, when you import licenses, you can also include data on which assets each license is assigned to. Less manual work, more time saved!
What’s more, exporting user's resources is now supported in “People”. Sharing is caring, after all. 🖇️
Attachments:
Managing digital assets just got easier with AssetIT. You can now attach a variety of file types (doc, docx, pdf, xlsx, txt, xml, zip, rtf, rar) to Assets and Licenses. 🔗
Booking Form:
Admins, we’ve made your check-out process much faster ⏩ Bookings can now be checked in/checked out by automation. No need to switch tabs or windows – everything you need is right there.
Reservations:
Change of plans? No problem. Let’s make the update directly in the reservation hall 😎
Custody Verifications:
Got the verification requests from literally nowhere? Device specifications can now be added, ensuring you have all the information you need right at your fingertips.
Bulk Actions:
Someone in your team just transfered to another? One second. Now you can check-in all resources from a user at once with the new bulk check-in button in “People”. Efficiency at its finest!
🔧 Improvements:
API Integration Records: Admins can now delete API integration records. Clean up your integrations and keep things tidy.
License Search: Searching for Licenses by Serial Key is now possible. Find what you need faster without sifting through endless lists.
Customer Checkouts and Bookings: Customers can now be checked out or booked assets, streamlining the process.
Custody Verification Emails: We’ve enhanced the information in custody verification emails. More details mean clearer communication and fewer follow-ups.
Permission Feature UI: We’ve given the Permission feature UI a fresh look. Check it out! 😉
