🚀 What's new in V1.4.71
1. Show Project Duration in Gantt / Timeline
Easily view the overall project duration directly in the Gantt or Timeline view, which displays the total duration of a project based on the earliest start and latest end dates, giving you a quick and clear overview of your project timeline.
To enable this feature, go to the board Preferences in Gantt or Timeline view → toggle on the “Show Project Duration” option.
2. Tasks Grouping by Sprints in Gantt / Timeline
The new feature allows users to group issues/tasks by Sprints within the Timeline and Gantt views, enhancing task management and sprint planning.
Simply navigate to the "Group By" option to easily switch the view and organize tasks by Sprint.
3. Bulk Editing in Gantt / Timeline
Improve task management by selecting multiple tasks and applying changes simultaneously, streamlining adjustments across both Gantt and Timeline views.
4. Save View in Gantt / Timeline
Save your customized views in the Gantt chart, enabling you to retain preferred layouts and settings for future use, ensuring a more personalized and efficient workflow.
🌟 Improvements
Task colors update according to JQL color schemes when changing issue statuses directly on Jira tickets.
Improved sorting order in the Gantt chart.
Added editing for Portfolio details in Board settings.
Option to add all members to Events.
Limit Gantt migration to projects with 20,000 issues to enhance performance.
🛠️ Bug Fixes:
Fixed issue with selecting multiple tasks.
Resolved blank space issue when switching from Week mode to Day mode.
The event modal now closes correctly when selecting another event.
Corrected mismatched colors between Gantt/Timeline columns and task cards.
Fixed the "Show completed tasks" setting not being saved after refreshing the page.
Fixed misaligned rows between left and right panels In Gantt/Timeline.
Fixed missing recurring items in the last week when using weekly/bi-weekly recurrence.
Fixed the issue where data cannot be migrated to Gantt with 80,000 issues.
