This release brings enhancements to task scheduling, permissions, and UI usability across the Schedule Board, Timelog, and Gantt chart, along with important bug fixes and performance improvements.

🚀 What's New
Move multiple tasks by days on the Schedule Board
You can now move multiple selected tasks at once on the Schedule Board using the new Move mode option in the bulk action modal. This update makes it easier to quickly adjust schedules when timelines change.
Two move options are available:
Shift by days (default): Move selected tasks earlier or later by a specific number of days based on their current dates.
Move to date: Move all selected tasks to a specific target date.
Sync Gantt structure from Project boards to the Program board
You can now sync the Gantt chart structure from Project boards to the Program board.
With this improvement, the Gantt hierarchy and structure defined in Project boards can be migrated to the Program board, reducing manual setup and aligning program-level planning with project-level configurations.
Period Management
ProScheduler now introduces Period Management, enabling administrators to define specific time intervals (e.g., weekly) for timelogs.
Admins can open or lock each period to control user access—when locked, time entries cannot be added, edited, or deleted. This helps ensure accurate and consistent time tracking for reporting.

✨ Improvements
Allow Jira/App admins to create time-off for other members
We’ve improved the "Allow members to create, edit, and delete time off" setting to make time-off management more flexible.
With this update, Jira/App admins can create time off on behalf of other members, making it easier to manage team availability when members are unable to submit their own time off.
Note: If you are using both ProScheduler and TimePlanner, this setting will be disabled by default.
More date range options for recurring tasks
We’ve added more options for defining the date range of recurring tasks.
You can now configure recurring tasks to repeat yearly or quarterly, giving you greater flexibility when planning tasks that occur on longer cycles.
Improved color picker with direct value input
The color picker now supports direct input of HEX, RGB, and HSB values, allowing for more precise color selection.
This makes it easier to apply exact color codes, maintain consistent color schemes, and match specific design requirements.
Improved history in the Plan details
We’ve improved the History section in Plan details to make change tracking clearer and easier to review.
The history now only displays the fields that were modified for each plan update, helping you quickly identify what changed without reviewing unnecessary information.
If you need to view the complete history of related updates for a ticket, open the Jira Work item details and navigate to Plan history.
Permission control for converting tasks to milestones
We’ve improved permission handling when converting tasks to milestones or reverting them back to tasks.
Only users with the appropriate permissions can perform this action, including Jira Admin, Board Admin, App Admin, Project Admin, and Program Owner.
Improved Timelog UI and Added New Filter
The Timelog interface has been updated to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. Additionally, a new filter has been introduced to help users quickly refine and view relevant time entries.
Improved Hierarchy Report with more fields
The Hierarchy view in Report now supports grouping by additional Jira custom fields and TeamBoard fields, making it easier to organize and analyze data. This enhancement provides greater flexibility when structuring issues in the hierarchy report.
🐞 Bug Fixes
We’ve fixed several issues to improve the stability and usability of the Gantt chart and related features:
Fixed an issue where tasks were shifted after refreshing the board.
Fixed an issue where the Gantt bar length changed unexpectedly when dragging and dropping.
Fixed a UI issue when creating a dependency link while scrolling the board.
Fixed an issue where full-screen mode did not work properly.
Fixed an issue where dates were duplicated when exporting to PDF.
Fixed an issue where users were unable to import
.mpp filesinto the Gantt chart.Fixed an issue where a task with a parent from another project was not shown in Jira hierarchy/Flat view.
Fixed an issue where sorting by the custom field type “Short text” was not supported.
